Im paying my baby mom step mom 400 a month and I'm only working part time making 10 an hour. Im able to bring home a little over 100 a week. I feel like I'm getting tooken advantage of some where some how.

Not really... you pay the support the court orders you to pay, and who they said to pay it to... nobody else.

After all, it costs money to feed and cloth your child and keep them healthy.

And it costs far more to raise a child than you are actually paying... and someone has to pay the difference.

Did the court order you to pay this? Did you have a different, better job at the time?

No they lied and they are curently making 600 less than me a month wich is a lie! Is there a way I can take that up with domestics?

If you can prove they lied and prove your income, go back to court and ask for a modification of the support award. Did you show up in court when the support was being discussed?

You pay according to how much you make, you file for modifications and have it set at the correct amount. Some states have min amounts that have to be paid.

But you pay the person who the court order says to pay, no one else
