I have a Glacier Bay #814 278 from Home Depot and cannot come up with any phone numbers or any contact info for Glacier Bay. I just installed a new valve that makes noise only when the lever is in the warm (center) position and the customer says they never heard that before the newly installed valve. Before I go ripping out the finished basement ceiling, I'd like to know if there is a problem with the cartridge or something else??
