My boyfriend of about 5 years is asking for space..
He said that he wants to give time to her daughter and also to himself.
As well as for me to have time to think about being jealous.. im the jealous type.
He is texting me once in a while, say once or twice a week, but we don't talk about us, just the usual happening in our every day lives.
There was a time when I asked him
"DO I HAVE TO LET GO? I WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY"
He said "NO" I JUST NEED SOME SPACE AND WE ARE NOT BREAKING UP
Guys I wanted to know how long will I have to wait for our reconciliation?
He started to ask space last December 23, 2012
He texted me on December 29, just checking where I am
Then he texted on new years eve to greet me then next text was during my birthday that was January 3, then from that moment we were texting until January 5 but from January 6, he is not texting again and I ask him why?
He told me the same reason. Then few days he will text and another few days he will not.. im confused about his behavior.. we are in a long distance relationship..

It's probably over. "Space" usually means "end". Aside from that, if it's a long distance relationship, how much space does he really need?

You may as well get used to the idea that it's over. Don't sit around waiting and hoping that he comes back to you... live for yourself.
