OK so I'm freaking out I am on my 2nd iud and its been going OK I had it replaced about 6 months ago. I recently noticed my pants won't fit and my breasts hurt like they did when I was pregnant I have 2 kids already and all the signs point to yes the mood swings, the cravings, everything even my stomach has that round shape I took a test about a week ago and it said I wasn't but these signs are getting worse not better not in pain just feel pregnant and with no job not sure what to do, I was just laid off so I don't want to go to the doctor for them to tell me the same thing the test did any ideas? Please please help
