In our two story colonial we have a shower upstairs where the water pressure has decreased. The kitchen sink on the main level has also decreased. All other fixtures seem to be fine. I checked with the township and there hasn't been any work on the water main. What could be causing this problem?

First thing to do would be to remove the aerator of kitchen sink and check for debris or blockage.
