I do not know the eviction laws in Wisconsin. But, here is my problem: I have a 29 year old daughter who has 3 kids, all under 11 years old. We went to Illinois and moved her up here last June and helped her get a part time job at a bar. She borrowed a car that a guy let her drive due to his serving some time in jail for drunken driving. Anyhow, she drove it about 4 months and she let it overheat and it will not even start. She left it sitting in a park and drive lot. She refuses to pay anything toward our rent or anything toward our electricity. She constantly turns on lights and leaves them on. She has bought my husband cigarettes before when he was out. Now she says we owe her $300.00 for them and for some gas she put in our truck which we would let her drive once in a while. I told her that she and the kids had to move out by March 1. I am desperate. I stay at home due to my stroke which I had about 10 years ago and she comes down out of her room and screams at me most of the time. What can be done legally to get her moved out by March 1. All 3 children have different fathers and now she has another part time job at a bar due to the first one not working out.

I have no idea what her children having different fathers (or, for that matter, a lot of this info) has to do with this.

If you are evicting her for cause - not paying rent, for example, or you just plain don't want her living there, you start with WRITTEN NOTICE served on her.
