I have been sick for week and half, I was put on Bactrim for skin infection. The same night I awoke with a pain in my low back and at times it radiates to front low left side. 2 CT SHOW NO STONES, had Cipro and flagyl added to Bactrim. Severe nausea, now bowels have stopped working for 6 days. I thought at first was from antibiotics but now ? This pain can last for hours and sometimes 15 minutes. Was vomiting, but I contribute that to Vicodin, Tramadol didn't touch it. Bp has been elevated. All bloodwork good, but I'm on antibiotics! This is the most severe pain a person can endure. After Zofran I thought yesterday, after a couple days of sips of water and a couple crackers, I tried to eat and it sent me into this severe pain about 2 this am. I have no insurance and I know something is terribly wrong. I would think after being on flagyl and cipro this pain would be better, Kind despirate here

Yes you sound desperate and from your descriptiion you have a lot going on right now. The problem is that we can't diagnose on the internet for obvious reasons, and your reasons are way out of wack and need a trip to the ER as soon as possible to have a proper diagnose. You are on a lot of meds, I feel some are conflicting, not good.

How much is your blood pressure elevated ?
