I was wondering if I can take Cold Eeze while being 28 weeks pregnant?

Ask your OB/Gyn because you don't want to exceed your daily intake of zinc.

While the literature states to ask your health practitioner before taking this medication during pregnancy, I advise my patients to avoid it and treat your symptoms with approved medications.
