I'm going to assume you are doing this divorce yourself, because you seem to have the wrong idea how a divorce is done.
Notarization simply means witnessed. A notary is a professional witness who verifies the identity of the person signing a document.
A divorce is granted by a court. You file in court and a judge grants the divorce. Newspapers may be used as alternate means of service, but otherwise have nothing to do with granting a divorce.
For us to help you need to tell us what you filed and where including your general locale.

I assume you mean to ask whether notice has been published in the paper. Because, as ScottGem has said, notarization has nothing to do with publishing in the paper.
If you mean to ask whether a news article has been published in the paper about your divorce, why don't your look in the paper to find out? How would we know? Or, if you are asking about service of legal notice of the divorce upon your spouse, you should be aware that it isn't automatic. First, the court has to approve notice by publication. If this should happen, it would be your job to arrange publication (assuming you aren't doing this through an attorney).
