I am working at a job where the mens and women's bathroom lighting is 277 v and share one exhaust fan that is 120v I need each lighting switch to control the exhaust fan at the same time with out using two switches. Any ideas?

Use two relays with 277 volt coil, and each will switch the 120 volt for the fan.

Use two relays with 277 volt coil, and each will switch the 120 volt for the fan.Exactly. As long as you use one 120V feed for both relays then if either light is on the fan will be on.
Some might suggest a 3-way, but then one bathroom can turn the fan off if it is already running. You need two single-pole switching devices. I have done this several times with Fan-Tec units and two SP switches.
