I have a 1992 jeep cherokee 4.0L 2WD the plugs some how have got a little small of gas on them. Would that make it not start?

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check for spark. If none, focus on the distributor--there may be a problem with the pick-up coil. Also, check the Crankshaft Position Sensor.
