Also I'm very active... had been in the gym three times in those three days and also drank at least 120 oz of water each day (not that that means anything)

But you did fail. By drinking 15 beers when you were expected to refrain completely, you failed yourself as well as everyone that supported you.
As for the test, you will have yo wait for the results to come in. We don't assist in cheating tests you are required to take.

You can't say who does and does not answer your thread. That's what you get when you post here and that's what happens on a public board so deal with it.
I have to say that if you were supposed to be stopping this behavior while on ARD and find it difficult to do so, then it seems to me that you have a problem.
Anyway, with having said that, at this time span you're talking about, it is really too close to call. It could go either way.

The ard is due to a dui... I did not and will not Drive under the influence again... and if j_9 gave an actual and answer and not a judgement it wouldn't of been an issue. Thanks for your response

My answer wasn't judgmental at all. It was just food for thought.
Now, since my cousin wad killed be a drunk driver I can be judgmental if you want me to.

You would need to ask the clinic that administers the test what DAU 9 alc. Means.
What I have found from searching for it are references to a Drug(s) of Abuse 9 panel test that screens for several different drugs. I don't know if that is what the test you took does or not.

Am I correct in thinking that this treatment plan is supposed to keep you from going to jail? How long have you been on it? How seriously are you taking this option for treatment? What happens if you fail a test?
You may not like the answers or thinking about messing up, but you should stop and think. Why did you have 15 beers in 7 hours when you knew a random test could be given at any time? Where were any thoughts of self-preservation?

Nah no jail threat... its just a three month opt... meaning ill just be in two months longer if I fail... I only go one hour a week and its pointless because I'm already never going to repeat the action... I drank because I didn't think our group would get tested... I was wrong... hence my question... I think ill be OK because I'm not even sure its an EtG... I'm just going worst case scenerio... plus I'm I'm great health and have a strong metabolism

Did you think you would get the DUI? What did you think about your chances for getting a DUI before it happened?
You didn't think your group would get tested, but it was.
You think the treatment is 'pointless'. Nothing is 'pointless' if you learn something. In this case it may be about addictions. It may be about consequences you have overlooked. It may be about yourself. It may be that 'never' is a very long time and a lot can happen.

There is a chance you will pass.. but the limits are being pushed.
Everyone makes mistakes. And until you've been in the shoes of getting a dui.. no one can really understand the stress of the situation. People make MISTAKES. Sure nobody should drink and drive.. but it happens. Just like eating too much when you're obese, or judging others when yourself doesn't like judgement. DUI's are a huge source of government income these days and people that barely blow past the limit are getting dui's.
You may be lucky and didn't even get the 80 hour test. I went through treatment and I always knew what kind of test it was based on how much they charged me. The 15 dollar test is the generic one where it could detect alcohol within 24 hours of drinking and will also test for drugs. The 50 dollar test is the EtG.
You'll notice a lot of people that have consumed a ton of alcohol have passed with your time. Just look for it on these forums. And if its true what you say.. two more added on months of treatment is annoying but its whatever anyway.
Good luck.

No problem. I am far from perfect, but would never try that hard to be perfect! I just like being a nice person is all. It makes the world a happier place.
When was your test?

I don't think anyone had a real issue with the fact that he got the DUI but rather that after he got it and was supposed to not drink, he did so anyway and NOW he's worried about passing a test.
Nobody here is trying to play perfect, it's just that if you're caught, follow the rules and take the punishment.
