I have an ongoing issue concerning a TPO, child support (lack of), and contempt. My husband was ordered to pay child support after a TPO was put in place in June 2011. I was awarded a three protective order because he has violated on several occasions, even though he hasn't served any real time for it. Another story. He is currently in contempt for non payment but not in jail.. I recently filed for child abandonment warrant because he hasn't seen, contacted, or supported our children since Aug. 2012. I found out he has moved to another state without informing the courts or myself of his whereabouts all while waiting on a new court date. He admitted this in family violence court that he did move and has not had any contact or any support for the children. My question is how do I prove this in Superior Court? He seems to always wiggle his way out and now that he has an attorney and I do not I'm afraid this will be just another loss for my children. Since I'm the sole provider for my children I cannot afford an attorney and am in desperate need of help.
