I don't think so I hope not don't have the room but it started yeasterday I am scared to go to the bathroom

OK lets say I go out and take a test and it says I am would that be bad to be getting those pains

Well I had it last month I won't find out intill the end of next week if ill have mine but also last month it was a lot lighter then normal

It sounds like you're constipated, and therefore you're having to strain more while trying to poo.

That doesn't rule out pregnancy. If it's possible that you're pregnant, then wait until your next period is due. If you miss it, wait 2 weeks and then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative then test again if you miss your next period, or get a blood test done.

It starts hurting right when I sit down and I haven't pushed or anything and I will wait and see

The thing is, it's impossible to diagnose online. If you're concerned about this then you really need to see your doctor. You won't find answers on the internet.
