I am having trouble sleeping and getting stressed out with collage, home life, no free time, rugby, band practice/club and volunteering (need the volunteering for a college assignment).

I feel like I'm over working myself and I'm only 16 I know people say that being 16 is the hardest age you will go though and I'm really starting to believe it because I have no social time no time to see my mates. On top of that home life gives me a lot of stress as I get blamed for everything even things I didn't do like drink the last of the milk because their stressed from work even though my dad is self employed -_-

What I am asking is what can I do to make things better for myself? I mean I feel shattered and I spend most of my time working on assignments college rugby and trying to spend time with mates and the boyfriend but when I seem to get time to myself I sleep :L

My week goes like this:

Monday - Get up at 6, have a hour to get ready and leave for volunteering fin at 4 get home for 5 leave the house for 5:30 go to band practice leave 9 get home for 10

Tuesday - Get up at 5am leave for 650am catch coach at 720am go collage witch is a 2hr drive away get to collage for like 8ish get home for 6ish do assignments and try and sleep (start to have trouble sleeping)

Wednesday - Get up at 5 leave at 630 catch coach get to collage. Home for around 6ish get ready and go straight to rugby for 7ish get home at 9 don't sleep much

Thursday - get up at 5 leave for 630 get to collage finish collage get home straight out the door go band practice/club leave 9 home by 1030

Friday - wake up at 6 get ready then head to volunteering fin at 4/5 get home for 5 have a shower get ready go to club for 715 get home at 9 with boyfriend eat sleep (i sleep better with my bf round)

Saturday - catch up on sleep, Assignments and then spending it with the boyfriend, boyfriend sleep round again (another good night sleep)

Sunday - Rugby for 12am get home try and rest

I feel so stressed and my back kills me on the Saturday due to over working I want to keep my rugby up as it helps me improve on fitness and there's no way I can stop volunteering until my 150hrs is up.

Please someone help me :(

Sounds like a normal teenage life. It's spelled "college", by the way. It's going to be even more stressful in college.

You drop something and get more sleep.
You need to work on classes instead of band and sports. Your writing needs a lot of improvement.

This is about the normal life for someone 16, and yes college will seem even worst at times if you want to be into many activities.

It is something you have to chose, Not all college people do volunteer work, that was a choice you made, not all students do rugby, that is a choice you do also.
Many find no time for dating, that is a choice you make.

Let me see, my life at 16, Monday though Friday, get up at @ 5 or 6 and practice music, so to school, after school go to work at local store, on Wed leave work and go to music lessons, on Friday normally be back at school for music at ball games or other group music.

Saturday Get up about 7 and do about 3 hours music practice, go to work about every other Saturday about 12 and work till 9pm, Then go out with friends getting home 12 or 1am

Sunday get up about 8 and go to Church, play organ some Sundays for service. Sunday afternoon some weeks, go to visit family with mom and dad, other Sundays time to be with friends.

Throw in weight lifting during some winter months and in summer off to music camps

If you are always tired, have the college doctor check you for anemia. Try to go to bed the same time every night after doing a short routine, such as take a warm bath or shower, have a banana, read a boring book (textbook?) in bed. Make sure you change your bedding regularly and have a clean pillow/pillow case. Would a white noise machine be a good thing to have at night so you aren't disturbed by other people in the area? Is the room dark enough? There are lots of physical-comfort things to arrange for a better night's sleep.

Thanks and I know my witting needs improvement, I have one to one due to my dyslexia but I need the sport as it can also have a big effect on my future as I got into country and if I keep it up I could be selected to go in to England rugby.
I'm thinking on droping band practice on Thursday though

Thank you so much this really helps me and the volunteering I half to do for collage and it was last resort as otherwise I would have got kicked off the course but yh I see where you come from with making those choices as I want to stay with my mates that's why I go to 2 clubs
