I was recommended this regimen for her, on a helpful website, only to be used every other two days because, you shouldn't use a micro fiber cloth, etc every single day.:
AM face/body
Shower using micro fiber cloth
Apply amlactin
Apply sunscreen (Neutrogena Clear Skin SPF 30)
PM face/body
Apply kojie san soap to body/face by lathering soap in hands and rubbing all over body, save face for last let stay on body for 1-3 min then increase time depending on if irritaion or any redness occurs
Shower using micro fiber cloth
Apply amlactin (again depending on level of tolerance)
Apply good moisturizer lotion (Shea Butter?)
1. I heard the neutrogena sunscreen containted a bunch of bad chemicals inside of it, could you recommend a better sunscreen?
2. is shea butter an okay moisturizer for her to mix the vitamin c with?
3. reccomend/link me to a great safe vitamin c for her to use?
4. for her private area I was recommended caspah, is that all she has to use for her private area?
5. could this exfoliation regimen for 4-6 weeks lighten her up to her desired tone (4-5) shades? If not, and she ends up having to add a lightener, is carolight okay for her to use?
6. when she adds the lightener, where does she add it in at the regimen/how does she do her routine now?
7. on the 2 days she isn't using this regimen, what does she USE to protect her skin?
