Mower sat for 6 Months until I fixed Electrical problem. Started rite up, then started blowing white smoke and quit. Let sit for 30 minutes then restarted, ran for a few minutes then same thing. Discovered gas in my oil. Any thoughts.

I mostly agree; point of entry is the carb. Could be trash between the inlet needle and seat, but something is preventing the cut off fuel flow. All the white smoke is the thinned out oil being pushed by the rings into the combustion chamber; because it is thinner than needed and the crankcase is overful causing too much pressure.
