You have 80 amps circuit breaker at 120 volts, how many watts can that handle

Ohms Law states that Watts (power) is the result of multiplying volts times amps, or P=EI= 9600 watts.

Yep, OP says "you have..." not "I have...", wouldn't say it's a real thing, probably just a test question

Within the first four words I knew it was a homework/test question.

PIA thing is these folks never come back to explain. It's like they litter the internet with questions and never go back to clean up.
