My husband had had diarrhea for 2 months. He started on ciprofloxacn and metronidazol on Monday Jan. 6th. He still has diarrhea and for past 3 days coffee ground stools. Should he go to ER?

Do you mean they look like coffee ground stools? Are there food particles in the stools as well? If so, yes, he will become dehydrated, go to the ER.
What was their diagnosis ? Has he had a colonoscopy ?
These meds are given for diverticulitis; a bowel misdirection, and a serious condition.

He should go back to the doctor who gave him the medication and consult
