Well, there are a number of reasons that could cause a no-start but you don't give us much detail to work with. I also assume that you probably don't have much mechanical ability to take things apart.

Hi,
You have a Toro Recycler that uses a Kohler Courage engine. First question would be if the mower has ever been tilted to the left side and ruined the air fitler? That would mean a filter and spark plug. Could be valve adjustment as well and that is 0.003 - 0.005" from the manufacturer. I would guess at the first; paper element and they "hate" fuel contamination.
Stale fuel is always a possibility, of coure. You did not state when it last ran.
