My question is I have a 04 f-250 6.0 with two bad injectors. The dealer says that all eight should be replaced at the same time. At a cost of about 2400 just for parts. Is their any reason to replace them all instead of just the bad ones?

I can't think of any. They probably come eight to a pack. What do they say are wrong with the two bad fuel injectors?

The injectors are sold by the piece. I got junk fuel and the water froze and wiped out the fuel pump and they say the water is what ruined the injectors

How do you know you have bad injectors? Did you physically see them bad? Take the valve cover off and look at the exhaust part of the injector when it is running. Each time the injector fires, you should see oil exhausting from it. If you see this oil coming out then the injector is good. When replacing the injector that is bad, not all of them(they just want your money) take the glow plug out and crank engine to get oil out of cylinder. If not, you could hydro-lock and bend a rod.

I sent the truck to the dealer to get the codes red and when cleared two injector codes came back. Thanks for the install hints

I would ask for the old injectors back. It's not common to have injectors fail on such a new truck. Just because a fuel injector code was thrown, it doesn't mean the injector needs replacing. It should be the beginning point, where resistance tests are taken on each "problem" injector, O-ring seals examined, and tips inspected.

The only 6.0l Ford I know of is a Diesel. On the scan tool, you can do an injector "buzz" test to hear if they are working correctly. If you hear them buzz and it still throwing code for injector, It's the injector. The buzz test tests the electrical portion of the injector but it is physically opened by high oil pressure. I just replace two two days ago on a 02 7.3l that passed buzz test but failed cylinder contribution test. No oil exhausted from injector, replaced, problem solved.
