Resistors in parallel is the Same Formula as Capacitors in series:
The Recripocal of the sum of reciprocals.

How many times more is 1000 than 200?

Basically you add up the resistances inverted, then invert again. Will see if I can locate a better explanation, Great Formula and Handy.
