What is wrong with my computer? Every time my screen comes on I am always alerted to this problem 'c:\WINDOWS\is-5vkqm.exe.' this has been occurring for a while. I want to understand the problem. Thank you for your time.
I have tried nothing to fix the problem. Have I deleted something?? I wouldn't say that I am computer savvy but have a basic knowledge i.e. turning on and off ha ha. Please help

I would install Ccleaner (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner) and use its Startup tool to stop many programs from loading at startup. Then reboot.
