I am having a lot of pain it starts at my belly button then goes down with Diarrhea for 2 days and I am not sure what to do. I woke up with this on Monday it went away yesterday the pain was back early morning. Today its worse

Talk to your doctor. This could just be GI distress. IE, food poisoning. Could be something worse. The only way to know for sure is to talk to your doctor.

In the meantime drink a lot of water/gatorade/electrolytes to keep your body reasonably healthy.

I talked to my aunt who is a nurse she said it sounds like appendicitis

Which means you should go the ER to get it checked out. I would get on that if I were you.
