My girlfriend and I been dating for over a year now and its awesome. We really enjoy each others company, but I have a problem. I don't know if this is me just being an impatient jerk but the last time we had sex, and the first time we had sex, was 8 weeks ago. When we are just being all flirtsy at school she'll hint phrases like "maybe we'll have a little more fun this Friday" or she'll be more bold and straight to the point. Then when I plan out this amazing date and describe it to her she'll throw out, "well we can just hang out on Friday." It's like a rollercoaster with her and I just don't get it. I hate to bring it up to her because I don't want to come off as a jerk. I do love her more than just being able to have sex with her, but I just don't know what to do. I'm never felt so selfish about anything so if someone could help that would be awesome.

No you do not "love" her more if you have sex with her, you run the chance of becoming a father. Do you have an income to pay for the baby ?
Sex relieves hormone tension but does not make you any more or less in love.
You date, and if and when sex happens it is great, but if you start trying to make that your goal, then the relationship will soon fail for sure
