So my boyfriend cheated and had a one night condom broke the girl is pregnant. She thought we would break up and he would want to be with her she thought wrong . Now he's trying everything possible to be in the child's life like buying her food taking her places because she doesn't have a car trying to get along with her. Her mood swings are up and down. She threatened him saying she would take the baby from him who can we talk to, to help him have rights of this baby before its born?

First he needs to have a paternity test done to assure that he is the biological father. Nothing can be done until the results confirm that he is the father.
