I am looking to build a conservatory, however, the waste from the kitchen sink, dishwasher, washer, and bath all go into a drain exactly where the conservatory will be.
The build will also cover the boiler flu and overflow vent.
Can anyone help me to address this as I'm stuck on how to solve the problem.
The only thing I can think of is to box it all in. What do you think??

Hi iodgey and welcome to The Plumbing Page at ANHD.com.
I am looking to build a conservatory OK, and what fixtures are going in this build?
the waste from the kitchen sink, dishwasher, washer, and bath all go into a drain exactly where the conservatory will be. What drain? Floor drain? Soil stack? What? I'm looking for a specific question here? Back to you. Tom

Hi Tom,
Everything come through the wall in 1 1/4 pipe and go into a surface drain which was extended out from under the current extension, except the boiler overflow, which is 3/4 and comes straight down the wall.
The conservatory will be 2' dwarf wall with UPVC windows/doors etc, but building as if it is a proper extension (footings/floor/insulation etc) as we wish to add bedrooms on top n the future.
I will try and get a picture of the current pipework on here ASAP to see if that helps.
