What can I do if I like my boss? How can I know if he like me too?

How long have you had your job and known your boss? How old are you both? What do you already know about the boss, and his private life?

I think work place romances are the pitts, and office romances make work hell when things go wrong.

I'm working there 3 years ago.and I knew him about one year.I am 30 year old and his is around my age too.I have no idea about his private life,but he has no ring on hehe.. fist of all I have no idea who he is because he work in a diference building and one day he saw me at the parking lot and he kept looking at me,later on he came to my department for a whole week,just walked by!one time we got eyes contactes.but now he is transfer to my building that I work.and I saw him everyday.

You can't love him because you do not know him. You might be attracted to him, but you don't love him.

Just because he does not wear a ring doesn't mean he is not married. Many men don't wear rings. He may Aldo have a girlfriend.

Bottom line is that workplace relationships are never a good idea.

Agree you may have sexual desires or dream fantasy about him but you can not love him.

Next if he is your boss, most likely he can not do anything as long as you work for him, most places have rules against that.
