Is it safe to feed a 3 month old boy soy formula? Will estrogen impact him? He's had dark green stools we think he's allergic to dairy and wanted to test it by using soy formula

Has the pediatrician recommended it? Babies have many visits for immunizations and check-ups. I hope you already brought this up. What is the estrogen from?

How and why would he be getting estrogen? Other than the green stools, are there any other symptoms of stomach upset? High pitched crying? Spitting up most of each feeding?
