It really didn't say.from what I read it just states to give a 60 day notice.but I'm sure I might have to pay something

There should be something in your lease. Hard to believe you won't pay. It could be anything from paying the rest of your lease, to your security deposit, or?

No, the 60 days is at the end of the lease, ( my opinion) and/or if you stay month to month after lease ends.
Normally if they don't give any figure, you can not break it, or will owe full amount if you do.
Have you talked to the landlord and asked to get out of lease?

Unless the lease specifically lists an early termination clause, this will be a matter of negotiation between you and the landlord. If you live in a very low vacancy are and the landlord can easily replace you, he may not charge you any penalty. On the other hand, he may not allow an early termination at all.
