Basically my ex wanted to get more child support,the c/s enforcement had us both fill out income paperwork she never claimed the ssd my child received from my claim, it went to court it was found that I overpaid roughly 20,000 in c/s I owed no further c/s and no rears any way to reclaim overpayment?

Did you ask that the overpayment be used toward future support payments?

EDIT: I just read your other thread. You do not owe ongoing support because the child receives benefits thorugh your SS Disability payments.
