Ok I got a smartphone off the internet that is really cool but I can't keep it because my parents don't want to pay for a data plan with is so I have to return it but I been using it just without making phone calls on it or anything. But since my parents want to return it is there a device I can buy that runs off wifi that I can do the same thing with but no monthly plan or anything.

Pray is one suggestion, how long has it been, many places only allow returns within 2 or 3 days and often only do exchanges. What is their return policy ?

Suggestion, you should have asked parents before buying it. It is very likely that you can not return it now.
