Just want to find companies that will give me a second chance first and only time I failed a drug test and it was real stupid on my part

They are very rare... very rare... you would have to look for the smaller lower paying and usually local outfits... because of insurance and liability reasons plus having a lot of people to choose from... all the bigger outfits will be very oicky who they allow to work for them.
