All I remember is the band in a dark room where you could see their reflections in the walls (either glass or mirror?) and the singer's voice is very filtered, but not in an auto-tune way, and sounds kind of squeaky, but not high pitched... I only heard it on the TV once after the name of the band and song had already been shown.

There is a little boy that picks on this little girl and they're in like kindergarten and the little boys dad is the one singing the song. And the little boy puts gum in the girls hair and gets her introuble and stuff.
