I am currently 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I have been on progestrine shots and 2 weeks ago was my last one! For a few days now I have been having horrible sharp shooting pain from my lower abdomen to my crotch and down my legs. The pain so become so bad that I have to bend over when I walk. Also I have dropped and he is sitting much lower. I have been having some strong contractions to the point where you can see them when my belly tightens up, but they are not consistent. This is becoming a real worry and making my day to day life very difficult. I can't see this keeping up like this for another month! What could be going on?

How about calling your OB/Gyn? At this stage of your pregnancy, you shouldn't guess about what's going on. You should see your doctor.

I agree, it's time to call your OB. Any pain during pregnancy should be discussed with your doctor. The internet is definitely not the place to go. We can't give a diagnosis, we can't run tests, we don't know your medical history. We could guess, and that's it. You really don't want to leave this to a guess from someone on the internet.
