Since you had sex, you could indeed be pregnant. However, you are hainv premenstrual symptoms (which are the same as pregnancy symptoms). Your period is not yet late. You will have to wait to see if your period comes when it is due. If it does not show up a week after it is due you can take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.

If your period is around the first of the month ? It is not even late yet and these could just be signs you are going to have your period.

If you really miss your period, wait to about Jan 10 or so and then do a pregnancy test, use the first urine of the morning.
