Is it legal for a Lanlord in New York State to say that they refuse to plow the driveway knowing that you are disabled and need/depend on getting in and out of the driveway for doctor's appointments?? I am completely snowed in from the street plows from this recent winter storm of December 26th anf 27th and have no way of getting out.

Does the lease specifically include plowing the driveway is included in the rent? Otherwise it's the responsibility of the tenant to clear it or pay someone to have it cleared.
