On one hand we here about how they don't want us to watch teens or girls doing sexy stuff, but on the other hand they shove it to us in public television OR allowed freely in YouTube.

Japanese Idol is another TV show?
OK... who is 'they?' Society or the government?
By public TV do you mean all regular TV or do you mean PBS, Public Broadcasting System?
I'd leave YouTube out of this question, because we do see shocking things there, and I for one don't know what their policy is about censoring and monitoring the site.

They = The government.

public I mean puclib TV like TLC and MTV etc.

Japanese Idols is a Japanese thing. Not a TV show.
It's this:

Can you tell us of instances where the US gov't has not allowed them?
(I was only a tiny bit aware of the concept myself.)

Which government? This is an intetrnational site

TLC and MTV are NOT public channels. They are on cable TV which is a subscription service, so one has to consciously subscribe (and pay for the subscription).

However, I do agree with you, that the media sends a bad message when they show women scantily clad and make sex more attractive. One of the biggest problems in American Society is how young people, pre teens and early teens are being pushed to grow up to fast and to engage in more adult behaviors that they are not ready for.
