Hey I am a 24 year old girl working with an IT giant from India. I kind of like a guy at work. So I texted him the same. He said he wasn't interested, but the next day he calls me and cuts the call within a few rings. When I gave a call back he cuts the call.

I don't know what he's thinking. Actually he's a total stranger. He recently left the office to pursue a better job. I don't know how to move ahead with him now. Please suggest something!

First, you're saying he's a total stranger... so why bother? On top of that, he told you he's not interested. Give it up before you look like a desperate fool.

Since he isn't interested, then you should NOT be thinking of moving ahead with him at all.
