2) Capable of maintaining its state - should not get over heated, if used continuously for few hours
3) Min. of 3GB Ram and 360GB Hdd
4) Should be easily portable - as I always need to carry it
5) Price around Rs. 35k
6) Good customer care maintenance support after the purchasing.

Basic requirement of the system are using it for online purposes and some program development.
Reply me soon, within a day I need to get please help me.

We are all volunteers here, so asking us to reply soon is sometimes a nisnomer. All of the qualities you list in your post can be accessed with an Apple; expensive but good customer service when you need it. May I suggest a large computer retail shop where you can test and hear the benefits of every product they have. You will only here on here, what one person appears to like in the laptop they are using.

I for one like my IPad.

Not sure what the exchange rate is, but in terms of battery life and coolness I would look for an ultrabook. Preferably an HP with Coolsense.

I have an HP no heat problem; would not like to carry it around for very long (that is why I have an IPad). Have sim card in both for internet away from home; pay $25 per month on my Telus account for sim cards.

Have had no technical problems with the HP laptop.

Sorry for using the word "reply soon". I've used it because I'm in a hurry to purchase it within today. Apple, its quite costlier for me anything other than Apple, can you please suggest?

Well if there's something.. Dont buy a super mini laptop. They're bad for your health you have to crunch down your back or put your wrists in weird position and that is bad . Well, all laptops are bad for health.

Cause the screen and keyboard are together so you either have to sacrifice your hands or your neck/back.

Do you have any studies to support this? I've never seen any studies to that affect.

Also define what you mean by super mini laptops. The Netbook class of computers has pretty much died out. However there are new ultrabooks that have screen sizes in the 11-12" range.

Well my own study :)
Cause my mom got a mini HP laptop and she has to cruch down and have her neck looking down. Or else if she wants the screen head level so she doesn't have to be looking down, then she would have to raise the laptop to her head level and so she has to have her writst/heands raised.
And I used her laptop and it get me pain in m y hands and neck after just a little while.

I see it all the time, young people in cafes all crunched down looking down at the screen.

You are new here, we try not to make broad statements that are based solely on one person's experience. Its one thing to say, my mom had problems and another to say it causes problems.

I've used a Netbook for extended periods (several days in a row) with no ill effects. But I could understand how it might affect some people if they don't take care.
