Can you get your skin ( body) loofah too much or often.

I have been going to the spa where they loofah your body about once a week. The other week I did it twice.

So is there a point where it is too much?

I'd have to say yes as it is a serious exfoliant.
Once or twice a week should be fine though.
I guess it really depends on the pressure employed, etc

This is before the milk or rose oil bath,
Rough life but someone has to live it.

But it is normally med, one I thought was trying to rub my tattoo off, but most are just average
