I have a 2 dollar bill: Series 1953 A with Jefferson on the front and Monticello on the back. A G on front - top left. Serial #A45490977A. Below the G, it says "THIS NOTE IS A LEGAL TENDER AT ITS FACE VALUE FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE." On the bottom right is G12. Bottom center, it says "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WILL PAY TO THE BEARER ON DEMAND TWO DOLLARS." The color of the seal is either yellow or gold. I am not sure which. How much is it worth? Is it legal?
