I am 15 years old and I weight 133.8pounds. I am 5’0feet tall. I have tried all my best dieting and doing some exercises at home every evening. Every time I do that I keep gaining weight I have been doing that for almost a year and keep gaining weight. I couldn’t go out and run because I babysit my little brother but I dance everyday at home.pliz I want your advice I am starting to think using weight loss pills. I want to lose 19pounds in a month before school starts.is it OK if I use pill if yes what kind is best fits me thank you.

Pills don't work, and many are just harmful to you.
You are not going to lose 19 pounds in one month,so forget goals that are not realistic, or failure just makes you feel worst, 5 or 10 pounds first month, 5 maybe second.
1. stop all fast foods, no McDonalds, no KFC,
2.stop all processed foods, stop eating veggies out of cans ( too much salt)
3. eat balanced meals throughout day, eat lots of fresh veggies
4. lower meat intake.
Start a serious expercise program at least hour a day, start at 3 days week and work up.
Maybe get up a hour early and do some running then.
