I have a 2.5 years old kid and she is very active and naughty too.

Last night she had a light temperature and morning she was OK.

But since she didn't had her breakfast we told to have, then she had half aloo paratha and after some time she vomited all of it, in the afternoon she was fed rice with water and she went to sleep.

Evening we took to a clinic and the doc. Gave a crocin syrup, tablet to be dissolve in water and give her and she slept having little rice.
(the Doc. Has given 5days medicine)

Morning again she got up and had little rice and slept again.

We are worried as she is very active and now she is not have any food, only sleeping, no temperature and sound very low.

What shall we do? And what is happening with her? Do we need to take her to hospital?

Let her sleep and rest and allow her body to heal.
Call doctor and make sure this is what medication does

A stomach virus (if that's what it is) won't produce a fever, and eating nothing for 3 days is actually best, just clear liquids like weak broth or watered down juice, so the virus has nothing to feed on in the intestines. If you boil rice, you could give her just the water from the top. Make sure she gets enough liquids even if she takes a sip every 5 minutes instead of all at once.
You don't mention if she has diarrhea or normal bowel movements or none. A stomach virus will produce diarrhea unless her bowel is empty.

See if you can get her to touch her chin toward her chest. Ask her if it hurts.

I had a similar issue with my son several years ago and it turned out to be viral meningitis.
