Most soap and detergent is oil based and does not cause septic failure unless you are pouring hundreds of gallons in the drain. When you say seepage do you mean it is reaching the surface?

Hi code official and welcome to The Plumbing Page at ANHD.com.
water seapage at the end of the lateral the other 2 are fine but it is not all of the time Your post is very confusing. What seepage? What lateral? What other two? What isn't all the time?
The water is clear and has no odor. What water? City? Pump?
Can you document your claim that soap causes septic failure. There are way too many questions we need answered, Can you clear this up for us? Back to you. Tom
