So I have known my best friend Tommy since 10th grade we have always been very close could always talk about anything. But right off I have always had feelings for him but never really said anything.

So our 12th grade year of high school we had sex!

We graduated school in 2007 and we have always lost contact with each other for a couple months or even a year but we ALWAYS seem to get back in contact with each other whether it is running into each other some where or like recently he found my mothers phone number in one of his old phones. When we get back in contact its like we never lost contact we just catch up and chill and of course have sex every now and then.

But the other day he brought up the conversation about dating each other. He said "The reason he never tried to date me is because we are such good friends that he might not be a good boyfriend and he doesnt want to mess our friendship up"
Ok! I can understand that BUT we are having sex with each other not to mention he treats my daughter like he is his daughter too!

I still have those same feelings for him that I have always had since high school, Should we just continue to be friends and have sex? Or could it be possible that the one I have been looking for my whole life has been right in my face all along?

I think you should just date him once,
And see if you like him.
If you don't, just be friends.
If you do, just keep dating him until he asks you to do something.

Of course he does not want to mess up his free no questions asked sex. He can still date, have other sex and have you too. Why would he want to change it.
