I'm 14, got my period around a year ago, I'm starting to get regular now, I was about a week late (no possibility of pregnancy) and yesterday and today, my nipple is really sore, and very red and around it. It hurts even if skimmed. Help?

This is a normal part of growing up, so there is probably nothing to worry about. The pain goes away eventually. However, if there seems to be a bump, getting it checked by a doctor is the best thing to do.
