Also I'm taking accutane for acne I've been taking it for 2 months now I'm 68 kg and have been taking 30 mg my skin started clearing but now its breaking out and the pills don't seem to be working, I don't know if the heat ahs damaged my pills and that's why they are not working but do you think I should be on a higher dose? I don't know why all of a sudden my skin was clear and now its breaking out can you help? /

The ER doctor can help you. What you are describing sounds like a mild form of anaphylaxic allergic reaction. This can be deadly. Get off your computer and go now.
