I’m starting a Dog Walking Service in my neighborhood. I currently walk 5 dogs daily 2 times a day for a few people on my block for free. I have been doing this for about 6 months. Do I need to get bonded in order to expand my service to my entire development and charge money? I do have keys to my current free clients homes, they also have known me sense I first moved here 3 years ago.

No you don't need to be bonded unless your clients require it. But you should have business liability insurance in case something happens to the pets or their property.

No, you may want to look into liability insurance, in case you lose a dog, a dog dies while you have it, one of the dogs bites someone.
But that is for your protection.
But there is no requirement ( unless your city requires one for a city business license)

Thanks guys for the help. I was thinking about Liability Insurance but my neighbor hood is so quiet I wasn't sure if I wanted to bother or not.
Thanks again.
