I have endo and pcos. Last night I started to get very sharp pains in my abdomain. They last anywhere from a few seconds to 10 min. I am having mild cramping between episodes. When I sit it hurts and there is a lot of pressure. Also when I go to the bathroom that is very painful. And now I can't button my pants without pressure and pain. I'm not sure if this is an endo situation or not. Do you have any advice that could let me know what's going on.

Ask your doctor for a detailed description of where your endo is growing outside your uterus. Study pictures of the lower abdomen and you will have a better sense of your own body. There are so many different places and kinds of pain and discomfort because of so many variations. Wear looser clothing with elastic waists, and eat good fiber to keep your bowels moving (a good diet in general). Soak in warm tubs and read all the ways to relieve pain as much as you can naturally.
Some doctors may have a better knowledge of the latest ways to deal with endo and pcos than others. Shop around until you feel that you are satisfied with your doctor.
